• Real estate agents and agencies must hold a valid license from the relevant UAE authority (e.g., Dubai Land Department/RERA).

II. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: Sellers and landlords are responsible for ensuring property listings are accurate and not misleading.
• Prohibited Conduct: Users may not scrape data, post fraudulent listings, or use the platform for any illegal activities within the UAE.
• Communication: Users are responsible for their interactions with other parties connected through the app.

III. Intellectual Property

All content on Properly, including logos, software, and design, is the property of Properly and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

IV. Limitation of Liability

• Properly acts as a marketplace. We do not own, inspect, or manage the properties listed.
• We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• We do not guarantee the availability or legality of any listed property.

V. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity without prior notice.

VI. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

VII. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
